3G-SDI SFP 2xLC Dual optical Transmitter/Receiver

Description:

The SFPS3G10TX is a single channel optical transmitter module engineered for exceptional performance with SDI pathological patterns. It is small form factor pluggable module as defined SMPTE 197-2006. The SFPS3G10TX contains a 1310nm FP laser and a high speed laser driver inside the module; it is designed to provide error-free transmission of signals from 50Mbps to 3Gbps over single mode fiber (9/125) and specifically designed for transmitted the SMPTE 259M, SMPTE 344M, SMPTE292M and SMPTE 424M SDI pathological patterns. It is with the SFP 20-pin connector to allow hot plug capability. The SFPS3G10TX provides extensive operational status monitoring through an I2C interface. Output optical power, bias current, supply voltage and operating temperature are monitored. If a parameter monitored is outside the pre-defined range, the alarm flag associated with the parameter will be raised.
